I co-founded Threadwork Agency in 2018 with two partners and a single retainer client. Grew to 22 clients and $2M ARR by 2022. I made every agency mistake: underpricing, scope creep, wrong hires, wrong niches. I figured out a service delivery model that works, pricing that doesn't make you miserable, and how to land clients that don't drain you. I focus on creative/marketing agencies but have worked with all kinds of service businesses.
